Employ Prince George’s Inc.(EPG) Governing Board of Directors is seeking the services of a proven single entity Certified Public Accounting firm whose principles are independent Certified Public Accountants, licensed in the State of Maryland to perform their required Federal Single Audit. The scope of work for this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be to perform the Federal “Single Audit” on EPG’s financial statements, internal controls, and grant compliance. Audit of the financial statements shall be in accordance with with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB), the Federal Single Audit Act, 2 CFR 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements of Federal Awards.

This RFP is accessible at, beginning Monday April 1, 2019 through the submission deadline date of April 30, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. EST. There will be no Pre-Proposal Bidders Conference for this procurement.

Sealed proposals must be received by Employ Prince George’s Inc (EPG) located at 1801 McCormick Drive, Suite 400, Largo, MD  20774 no later than April 30, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. EST.  Proposals delivered after the assigned due date will not be accepted.

All questions will be addressed and posted to the as an addendum. Answers furnished during the question and answer period will not be official until EPG has published them in writing as an addendum to the RFP.

All EPG Local Workforce Board members, EPG Governing Board members, officers, and staff are precluded from entertaining questions concerning the completion of the proposal or the procurement process outside the confines of the parameters set in the RFP.  Potential bidders are asked to respect these conditions by not making personal requests for assistance.
