Ronnette R. Meyers is the President and Chief Executive Officer of JLAN Solutions, LLC, a certified small business delivering management consulting, training and instructional design, and information technology services to federal, state, and local government agencies, as well as private industry and commercial clients. She is also the Founder and CEO of JLAN Sports and Entertainment, through which she serves as a minority owner of DC Power FC, a professional women’s soccer club competing in the Gainbridge USL Super League in Washington DC.

She founded JLAN in 2010, drawing on an extensive career as a federal Air Traffic Systems Specialist and a senior executive role at a woman-owned government contractor, where she served in a senior leadership capacity overseeing significant growth. What she built at JLAN, she built from the ground up, navigating every stage of the entrepreneurial journey with the discipline of a systems engineer and the tenacity of a founder who understands what is truly at stake.

Education

Dr. Meyers holds an Associate of Science in Electronics Technology from the College of San Mateo, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and an Honorary Doctorate of Leadership in Business and Economic Empowerment from Wealth Elevation Christian University (WeCU).

Service & Leadership

Dr. Meyers is deeply committed to service beyond business. She serves as the first female Board Chair of Bishop McNamara High School, Vice Chair of Dreaming Out Loud, and a board member of the DC Chamber of Commerce, where she chairs the Nominating Committee. She also mentors emerging entrepreneurs through Babson College’s BWEL Program and Women Elevating Women. A proud military spouse, Dr. Meyers was raised on the grounds of Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany, where she learned early the meaning of duty and public service, values that have shaped every chapter of her journey and every life she has touched along the way.
