Claudia P. Marin, M.S., serves as Director, Data Governance & Administration at Employ Prince George’s (EPG). She brings more than seven years of progressive leadership experience across talent acquisition, employer engagement, business services, apprenticeship innovation, and workforce strategy.

Prior to her current role, Claudia served for three years as EPG’s Director of Talent Acquisition, leading countywide strategies designed to strengthen employer competitiveness and expand economic mobility for residents. Today, she leads teams responsible for capturing, managing, and reporting data that demonstrates EPG’s impact.

Her portfolio supports workforce teams serving more than 6,700 small and mid-sized employers across six in-demand industry sectors and three demographic-based workforce development programs. Claudia has also led the development and implementation of Maryland Department of Labor-approved Registered Apprenticeship programs in healthcare, hospitality, IT/cybersecurity, and public safety.

Known for translating policy into operational strategy and building scalable, equity-centered workforce systems, Claudia brings expertise in information systems, performance management, and cross-sector collaboration. Her work helps align labor-market data with employer demand and expand economic opportunity for Prince George’s County residents. Claudia is bilingual in English and Spanish.
