Steven Boney serves as Senior Director, Employer Engagement at Employ Prince George’s (EPG), where he oversees apprenticeship development, builds strategic relationships throughout the Washington, D.C. region, and advances community engagement.

Mr. Boney brings 30 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and workforce development across staffing agency, recruitment process outsourcing, nonprofit, and corporate environments. He also has 10 years of experience supporting talent acquisition services for federal government contracting agencies.

Throughout his career, Mr. Boney has participated in comprehensive compensation reviews, developed pricing strategies for federal government contracts, and supported Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs desk audits that resulted in no findings. He remains committed to staying current on federal compliance laws and workforce guidelines.

An advocate for diversity and inclusion, Mr. Boney promotes workforce development and strategic partnerships through collaboration with community-based organizations, educational institutions, and state and local government partners.
